Tour Concept
We will take you through one of the most authentic gastronomical experience in Kyoto, the past capital of Japan for more than 1,000 years, through our two-day journey.
Kyoto, having been the center of culture and religion for centuries, has nurtured a distinct food culture as well. Kyoto is known for its traditional Japanese Kaiseki restaurants, which have adopted recipes from centuries ago with hint of modern essence.
Kyoto, having avoided the bombings from World War II, have many restaurants still have the original and authentic wooden Japanese structure buildings, adding the aesthetics to the beautiful dishes to come.
As a local food-focused tour, we know the best and we want our guests to experience the most authentic dishes during their precious stay in Japan. Most of the restaurants our guests will be visiting have been awarded with the most prestigious awards, such as Michelin stars and “Tabelog” Gold to Bronze medals.
